Her journey as a businesswoman was profoundly influenced by the experiences and aspirations of her own young daughter, setting the stage for her career trajectory.
Having cultivated a wealth of entrepreneurial acumen, Tracey has steered multiple successful businesses to fruition, portraying a tenacious commitment to her endeavors. Her innate passion for fostering the potential of young individuals led her to collaborate with various youth centers, including Meerilinga and Banksia Hill Detention Centre, where she became deeply involved in mentorship and empowerment initiatives.
Driven by her dedication to empowering the next generation of female leaders, Tracey has facilitated workshops and programs for over 1,000 young girls, igniting their entrepreneurial aspirations and equipping them with the necessary skills to realize their ambitions. Combining her innate entrepreneurial spirit with a deep understanding of youth development, she has become a catalyst for transformation in the lives of countless young women.
Tracey's unwavering commitment to her cause is complemented by a academic foundation, encompassing studies in youth work, mental health, counseling, and life coaching, culminating in a postgraduate education in marketing and business.
